About

Jo is a British journalist, TV Reporter and travel writer for the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Sunday Times and Daily Telegraph. She is also a YouTuber - her YouTube channel is called Go with Jo and features madcap films about her escapades across the world. She will literally try her hand at anything - from swimming with horses to hiking up volcanoes to cycling until she's saddle sore. She is also a bestselling novelist. Her fiction works are contemporary romances: Lover in Law, Weak at the Knees, Now is our Time and A Call to Heaven. Her non-fiction works include the travelogue Antarctica: An Expedition Cruise Travel Guide as well as new release: BORN BLUE: A TRUE STORY AND MEDICAL MIRACLE MEMOIR.  She has three children who she wrote about regularly during her stint as a columnist for the Independent: Diary of a Primary School Mum. She lives in London with her husband, kids, Jerald the cat and three chickens. The latter are recent additions to the family, acquisitions inspired by lack of eggs on supermarket shelves during the Covid19 pandemic.  Many a late night is spent at her desk nursing a glass of red wine (preferably French) as she writes stories and articles and edits her videos. She's a massive fan of yoga, skiing, travelling and English custard - though not necessarily in that order.
